1. How long does it take to ship?
We estimate delivery within 7-15 business days after the order is processed. The normal order processing time is 1-3 business days.
2. Where can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website.
3. Can I return the item?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in original condition, unused, and with tags still attached. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.
4. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to assist if the order has not been processed and shipped.
5. How much is shipping?
Shipping is flat rate $6.99 for all orders within the USA.
