Return and Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. If it has been more than 30 days since the delivery date, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your refund or exchange.
2. What items are eligible for a return or exchange?
Items must be in their original condition to be returned. This includes:
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn.
- Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process
1. Please contact us via email to return the product: [email protected], providing your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return address.
3. Please send the product/order back to us at the address provided.
4. Please provide a tracking number.
In the event of a return, we will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the package.
4. Cancellations
Orders that can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment will be fully refunded.
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
We will not accept cancellations after the order has been shipped. You do not need to cancel your order if you only want to change the color or size of your order.
5. Processing Refund
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Late or Missing Refund
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing time before the refund is credited.
